The Deglet Ennour variety from the Réjime Maatoug Kébilie region includes positive nutritional values. Our dates are produced naturally from our own palm grove. It is carefully sorted, washed, pitted, then dehydrated at a temperature below 50°C to preserve as much of its nutritional value as possible. Then it is lovingly processed to give an extraordinary cream with a delicious taste that resembles the taste of regular Chamia thanks to the addition of sesame.

This cream can be used to spread bread and biscuits and can be used in different recipes.
