What shipping methods are available?
We offer delivery methods adapted to your needs, at home or at a relay point.
For Tunisia we also offer payment on delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver internationally. Customs fees may be applied upon receipt of your order. Prices vary depending on the country.
How long will it take to receive my package?
We offer express deliveries 3-5 working days and classic deliveries 12-15 working days.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Visa or Mastercard credit card.
Is online shopping secure?
Yes, we use secure payment terminal methods.
Orders & Returns
How can I place an order?
You can simply add your items to the basket and then order by providing your contact details.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. You will find a link on the order confirmation email or contact us directly by email.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but it is recommended to easily track your order and also have our new products
How to track my order?
On your order confirmation email, you will find a code to use on the tracking link also found on the email or on your account.
How can I return a product?
Contact us by email to share the reasons for your return request. We will contact you within 48 hours to process your return. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the buyer in 80% of cases. Only 20% of our sellers offer free returns!
