Thanks to its rich protein and lipid composition, our product is a benchmark in terms of nutrition. Derived from sesame, as well as natural sugars and fiber from dates, Chami-date is environmentally friendly.

The Deglet Ennour variety from the Réjime Maatoug Kébilie region boasts positive nutritional values. Our dates are produced naturally from our own palm grove. They are carefully sorted, washed, pitted, and then dehydrated at a temperature below 50°C to preserve their maximum nutritional value. They are then lovingly processed to create an extraordinary cream with a delicious taste that resembles the taste of regular Chamia thanks to the addition of sesame.

This cream can be used to spread on bread and biscuits and can be used in various recipes.
